Using the shop

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Slap Me Filthy storefront. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to order. Use accurate contact and shipping details, and use the site lawfully.

Products, prices, and checkout

Product listings show the available design, size, format, and price in US dollars. Choose a sticker or magnet before adding to your cart. The selected version and quantity determine the item subtotal. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment when checkout is open.

A saved cart or uploaded design is not a paid order or a reservation of stock. “Coming soon” listings cannot be purchased. Test-mode confirmations are simulations: no money changes hands and nothing is printed or shipped.

A payment confirmation acknowledges payment, not dispatch. If we discover a material listing error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Custom artwork and approval

You must own the image you upload or have permission to reproduce it, including any needed permissions for people, artwork, logos, or other protected material shown in it. Do not upload unlawful material or material that violates another person’s rights.

You retain your ownership. By submitting a design, you give us a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, reproduce, crop as you direct, and print it only to provide your requested design, order, and related support. This does not give us permission to sell your design to other customers or use it in marketing.

Check the final proof before approving it. We use the approved crop as the print reference. If we cannot print a submission because of its quality, legality, or rights concerns, we may decline it and will refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.

Product use

Check the selected size and surface compatibility before ordering. Magnets need a suitable magnetic surface; many plastic or aluminum vehicle panels are not magnetic. Test the intended area first. Install products only where they do not obstruct vision, lights, plates, or required safety markings, and follow applicable rules for your vehicle or location.

Product images are previews. Screen settings can affect color appearance. Our returns policy still applies to defects and substantial differences from the product description or approved proof.

Halloween design giveaway rules

• Free entry. No purchase, payment, social follow or marketing signup is required. Buying does not improve your chances.
• Who can enter. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., age 18 or older and the age of majority where they live. The shop owner, anyone helping run the drawing, and their household members cannot enter. Void where prohibited.
• How and when. Enter through this website: upload artwork you own or have permission to use, crop and approve the preview, provide a working email, and accept these rules. Entry opens when these rules are published and closes October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. One entry per person; only your first eligible submission counts. No automated or false entries.
• The prize. One winner receives 3 stickers and 3 magnets, all 8 × 3 inches, printed with their submitted design. Approximate retail value: $95.94. Standard U.S. shipping is included. No purchase or shipping payment is required to claim the prize. No cash alternative or transfer. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
• The drawing. On November 1, 2026, Slap Me Filthy will use an online random-number generator to select one winner from all eligible entries. Each eligible person gets one chance. Artistic skill, purchases and public votes do not affect selection. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Claiming the prize. We will email the selected winner from slapmefilthy@gmail.com on November 1. Reply within 7 calendar days and provide a U.S. shipping address and eligibility confirmation. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, we will randomly select another eligible entrant and give them 7 days to reply. We aim to ship within 30 days after confirming the winner and print-ready artwork.
• Your artwork and privacy. You keep ownership of your design. You allow private storage and review, contact about this giveaway, and printing your design to fulfill the prize if you win. Selling or publicly featuring your artwork requires separate permission. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content. Your entry does not subscribe you to marketing.
• Earlier submissions and questions. Entries submitted under earlier terms require confirmation of these rules before the closing deadline to join this drawing. To withdraw, ask a question, or request the winner’s first name and state after the prize is confirmed, email slapmefilthy@gmail.com. Run by Slap Me Filthy, Coventry, Rhode Island. Not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any random-generator provider.

Sharing and promotions

Sharing buttons let you send the shop link using services you choose. The referral offer marked “Coming soon” is not active. Sharing a link does not currently create a discount, credit, or free product. Any future promotion will have its eligibility, timing, and reward rules disclosed before you participate.

Site access and ownership

Do not attempt to access another customer’s files or the owner dashboard without authorization, interfere with checkout, submit malicious files, or misuse the service. We may restrict abusive or unlawful access. That does not remove our obligations for an existing paid order.

The Slap Me Filthy brand and original site content remain the property of their respective owners. Buying a physical item does not grant a license to reproduce the artwork commercially.

Questions, changes, and your rights

Email slapmefilthy@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require you to waive legal rights, accept store credit instead of a refund required by law, or give up remedies available under applicable consumer law.

We may update the site and these terms as the shop develops. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to a change. The date above identifies this version.
