For customer service, order changes, return requests, or privacy questions, email slapmefilthy@gmail.com.

Include your order number, if you have one, and a short description of what you need. For a printing or delivery problem, a photo of the item or packaging can help us understand it.

Never email full payment-card details, passwords, or bank login information. We do not need them to help with an order.

Order or delivery question?

Your confirmation number helps us find the order. A custom-design submission or demo confirmation is not proof of a paid purchase. Once checkout opens, payment confirmation and shipment status are separate steps.

Read shipping information or returns and refunds for the next steps. Please request return instructions before mailing a product; we will provide the appropriate address.

Photo or privacy request?

Use the email address you entered with the shop, if possible, and tell us which request or design you mean. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion under our privacy policy.
