Who handles your information

Slap Me Filthy operates this shop and is responsible for the personal information it collects. For privacy questions or requests, contact slapmefilthy@gmail.com.

This policy covers the storefront, custom-design tool, cart, order support, and test features. It also explains payment and shipping data handling when paid checkout opens.

What we collect and why

• Design competition submissions: the cropped image you approve and submit, your email, submission time, entry reference, and agreement to the entry requirements. We use these for private review and to contact you about your entry. We also store a hashed network identifier, when available, or a hashed email identifier and daily submission counts to reduce spam. Free entries are kept separate from paid orders and do not subscribe you to marketing.
• AI image creation: your description and selected style are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an image. We do not save those prompts in our shop records. Generated images are returned to your browser and are saved with a custom design only if you submit that design. We store daily request counts using a daily hashed network address to enforce generation limits.
• Custom designs: the name and email you enter, your approved image crop, selected format, quantity, and design approval. We use these to save your request, prepare your order, and answer questions. Choosing and adjusting a photo happens in your browser; clicking “Add to cart” in design review uploads the approved print image and your details.
• Launch alerts: your email address, your permission to receive a launch email, and the submission and update times. If you previously selected individual product alerts, we also retain those preferences. We use these to send the launch or availability notices you requested. A launch alert is not a purchase, reservation, or paid preorder. We do not ask for a phone number for this feature. You can unsubscribe from marketing and launch emails without signing in. We retain a hashed email suppression record to prevent future marketing; this does not cancel orders or essential order updates.
• Cart and order records: selected products, quantities, prices, cart identifiers, order numbers, payment status, and fulfillment or tracking details. These help us keep your cart, process purchases, prevent duplicate orders, and resolve problems.
• Checkout details, when available: name, email, delivery and billing addresses, and any other contact information you provide during payment. We use them for payment, tax calculation, delivery, and order support.
• Messages: information and attachments you send to our support email, including photos of a damaged or incorrect item.
• Technical information: We store a hashed network identifier (or a hashed email identifier when needed) and daily upload counts to limit repeated custom-design and competition uploads. our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Submitting a custom design does not place a paid order. Your uploaded print file can remain saved even if you remove it from your cart or do not finish checkout.

Your photos and payment details

You keep your rights to your artwork. We use your upload to provide the requested design and order services. Competition uploads are used only for private review and entry-related contact; any printing, sales, or public featuring requires a separate agreement with you. We do not put customer uploads in the public catalog, use them in advertisements, or post them on social media without separate permission.

When enabled, secure payment is handled by Stripe. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly with Stripe, not stored by this storefront. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its privacy policy. We receive the details needed to confirm and fulfill your order.

Cookies and test mode

We use an essential cart cookie to recognize your cart on the same browser. It has a 30-day lifetime that may renew when you use the cart. The demo cart uses a separate cookie. Clearing or blocking these cookies can make a saved cart or order status unavailable on that device; it does not itself delete records already saved with us.

Hosting, owner sign-in, and payment services may use their own necessary cookies or similar technology for security and operation. We have not added advertising pixels or tools that track you across websites. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no separate change to essential cart behavior for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Practice checkout uses sample details and creates no real purchase. Demo carts and receipts are stored separately from real orders. Practice competition entries are validated but are not saved to the competition inbox. Uploading a real photo in test mode still sends that image and the custom-form details to our server, so use a sample image if you do not want to submit personal content.

Who receives information

• Hosting and storage: Cloudflare hosts the website, stores uploaded files and shop records, and provides secure sign-in for restricted owner tools.
• Payments: Stripe receives checkout information when you use its payment service, including a Stripe sandbox checkout.
• Email: Google/Gmail processes messages you send to our support address.
• Shipping, when an order ships: the selected carrier and label provider receive the name, address, and shipment details needed for delivery. This may include USPS, UPS, and Pirate Ship if those services are used.
• Other necessary disclosures: we may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities to meet legal obligations, address fraud, or protect legal rights.

The public “Stickers sold” counter displays an aggregate number, not customer names or order details. Follow and share buttons take you to the social service you choose; its own privacy rules then apply. We do not read your contacts or private social messages.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for saved requests, order fulfillment, support, payment disputes, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Launch-alert records are kept until the requested notices have been sent, you ask us to remove your email, or the list is no longer needed. The period for other records depends on the type of record and the reason it is needed. To ask us to delete an abandoned upload, withdraw a competition entry, or leave the launch-alert list, use the contact details below.

We use access restrictions for owner records and private files and encrypted connections to the site. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate.

Your choices and requests

Email slapmefilthy@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. Include the email used with the shop and, if available, your order or request number. We may need to verify that the records belong to you. Please do not send a password, full card number, or identity document in your first message.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines, explain any information we must retain, and will not penalize you for exercising a legal right. To ask us to reconsider a decision, reply with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your state attorney general or other relevant privacy regulator.

Contacting us or submitting a design does not sign you up for promotional email. The launch-alert form signs you up for the shop launch email. Existing product-alert preferences remain saved. You can unsubscribe by emailing slapmefilthy@gmail.com.

Children and changes

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and remove it when appropriate.
